To answer your inquiry, assess your case and prepare a proposal; to schedule meetings and keep in touch about what you requested; to handle complaints within the legal deadline; and to measure site usage in aggregate. We do not sell or share your data for third-party marketing.

We use Hostinger (hosting, email and the n8n automation server that receives forms), Google (Analytics and AdSense) and Cloudflare (Turnstile anti-spam). They act as processors and store data outside Peru, which involves cross-border data flows protected by security measures and contractual commitments.
Inquiries that do not become engagements: up to 2 years from last contact. Clients: for the engagement and the periods required by tax, accounting and compliance rules. Complaints: at least 2 years.
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, objection and portability, or withdraw consent, by emailing contactenos@lga.pe with the subject "Personal data", your name and a copy of your ID. You may also contact Peru's National Authority for Personal Data Protection (Ministry of Justice and Human Rights).
Forms are sent over HTTPS, access is limited to staff who need it, and we apply reasonable technical and organizational measures. Any change to this policy will be published here with its update date.
